Noone should be forced to be a part of criminal activity. With my experience in the internal investigation of employees I have learned over the years that if something doesnt look right, chances are it is not right. Based on that, from what I have read, This person is definantly in need of serious internal investigation. She should be reprimanded for violation of company policy, released from her duties and prosecuted for theft and fraud. Just my thoughts. I hope things work out for you and get better at work.
